We are proud to announce our new daughter association!
To leverage on our cross-university, cross-faculty dynamic, we are introducing MINOS. This new branch of PES will focus on delivering social and academic events, specifically targeted towards our Zuyd Hogeschool student member base.

ABOUT
Minos was founded at Zuyd Hogeschool to provide European Studies students with a platform for academic and social engagement of their own, giving them a stronger voice in a city best known for its university-driven student scene. Since 2026, Minos has entered a new chapter as a PES committee. Alongside its original purpose, it now focuses on strengthening the connection between Zuyd students, the wider PES community, and Maastricht's broader university environment.

In practice, Minos organises both academic and social events throughout the year, complemented by regular co-hosted events with other PES committees that bring students from different backgrounds together. Our events range from lectures, debates, and workshops to networking events and casual pub nights, with a consistent focus on community, dialogue, and a stronger presence for Zuyd European Studies in Maastricht.
