Workshop Event Organisation

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐚, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧  In our upcoming workshop in collaboration with Studio Europa, program maker Annelies van Rijen will guide us through the process of event organisation, such as what to consider when organising an event, how to find and market towards your target audience, etc. She did two Masters: one in international relations at Utrecht university and one in European Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of Europe in Natolin. Annelies van Rijen now works for Studio Europa, thinking out and giving shape to the public events concerning European Affairs.  We will kick off with a short presentation on what Studio Europa stands for, a bit more on the work of Annelies herself and some fundamentals of event organisation. Following that, we will split up the audience in smaller groups in which we think out our own event which we would do in collaboration with Studio Europa (or even organise for them!).
